For each settlement you control, your armies can sustain an additional 2 peasant units (Your faction’s capital can sustain 8). The reasons why Bretonnia’s economy is so good are many: They have any unparalelled income from their settlements. Between the farm, windmill, and their technology, they can make about 1k gold per settlement. More average factions like empire or dwarfs land at around gold per settlement. Their economy is cheap and very easy to get started. Feb 28,  · Total War: WARHAMMER. Apr 20,  · Who has, in your opinion, the best economy of all the races in TW: Warhammer? For me the obvious number one (by far) is: 1. High Elves. The reason is simple: entrepreneur mages – for those of you who don’t know, these dudes give +3% to tax rate globally and +30% income from local buildings. I get bogged down in almost all my games by turn 50 because I don’t have the income to fund a second army, What do I do to make my economy good? Showing 1 – 10 of 10 comments. Build economy buildings.

Plunder and sack, trade and treasure hunting. You didn’t say, which race. Kaaz View Profile View Posts. Dedicate a full province to it in a normal faction. Sorry, I usually play high elves so I was playing the new legendary lord. Sacking, treasure hunting, trade and it’s resources, economy buildings. High elves is trade. Trade and more trade. Also, one other thing you may consider is whether you were too defensive or not. Within 50 turns, how much were you able to conquer? Bruton View Profile View Posts.

I kill it with trade as HE That plus the odd venture across to Naggaroth for some good old sacking and the spoils that come Oh and the shipwrecks and what not My streets are paved with gold Last edited by Bruton ; 10 Jun, am.

Seik View Profile View Posts. As HE: trade, trade and trade. It’s easy to get an trade-income of over 10k. By turn 50 it could be around k, more than enough to fund a second army. Depends on the faction you play, as mentioned earlier. High Elves definitely trade. Build income buildings. You have to balance them with growth buildings, in harder or multi campaigns you can go for more income buildings than growth increase buildings.

Just sack bigger settlements for loot or sack and occupy them. You just need to be careful to avoid whittling down your higher tier and veteran units. Make as many trade treaties as possible, or at least a couple of them with bigger factions. All factions: – recruit a lord to farm the sea i. What works very well for me is to have only one province the one you start with for recruitment, all the other provinces get stacked with economy buildings and garrisons on higher difficulties. I barely encounter negative income with this, no matter what faction I’m playing.
